I always thought this law was unfair to citizens of other states and countries. There are some interesting links on the subject. I guess there are some laws that are okay to break. Who ever said that crime doesn't pay? Now if I can just get the master list!At the end of the day it is really not about "equality," but just about getting what one can. This is an issue that will continue to divide our people while it creates two sets of rules for different people.
Personally, if I was from out of state it seems that it would be easier to just claim that I was an illegal alien.
I will be very interested to see how the constitutionality of this issue is decided.
